520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The association between mental disorders and homicide, often found in public opinion, is the subject of a rich scientific literature, which relating the risk of passage to the act and focuses on the sociodemographic, clinical, and criminological characteristics of the aggressors. Few articles on pathological homicides deal with the question of delirium or describe the historical evolution of clinical cases. The study conducted here analyzes a sample of delirious homicidal patients hospitalized in the secure ward of the Villejuif asylum between 1910 and 1914. The discussion focuses not only on the clinical and criminological profiles found, but also on their historical evolution, thus questioning the impact of societal changes.
