| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche analyse comment l’auto-positionnement contribue à la professionnalisation des enseignants en formation en France, en articulant le sentiment de compétence et la construction du « je professionnel ». Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre théorique de la didactique clinique, mobilisant les notions de subjectivité, de déjà-là, de division et d’assujettissement du sujet. La méthodologie repose sur un outil d’auto-positionnement fondé sur le référentiel de compétences du métier enseignant, administré à près de 300 stagiaires d’une l’INSPE. Les résultats montrent des besoins différenciés, une hétérogénéité des sentiments d’auto-efficacité et l’intérêt de cette méthodologie pour ajuster les formations. L’étude conclut que la professionnalisation des enseignant·e·s doit être envisagée comme un processus dynamique et continu prenant en compte les dimensions humaines et relationnelles de la profession. |

| Summary, etc. | This research analyzes how self-positioning contributes to the professionalization of trainee teachers in France, by linking the sense of competence and the construction of a “professional self.” It draws on the theoretical framework of clinical didactics, mobilizing the notions of subjectivity, pre-existing dispositions (“déjà-là”), internal division, and the subject’s subjection. The methodology is based on a self-positioning tool grounded in the official competency framework for the teaching profession, administered to nearly 300 trainees at a French National Higher Institute for Teaching and Education (INSPE). The results reveal differentiated needs, heterogeneity in self-efficacy perceptions, and the value of this methodology for tailoring teacher training programs. The study concludes that teacher professionalization should be understood as a dynamic and continuous process that accounts for the human and relational dimensions of the profession. |
