| Summary, etc. | Le psychiatre est de plus en plus confronté à l’évaluation du risque de violence parmi les patients malades mentaux. L’échelle HCR20 a déjà prouvé ses vertus dans ce domaine. Le but de ce travail, le premier en Tunisie, est de comparer les différents paramètres de la HCR20 entre schizophrènes violents et non violents. Les schizophrènes violents se caractérisent dans notre étude par des scores et des sous scores de la HCR20 plus élevés comparativement aux patients non violents. La différence est significative. Ce résultat nous encourage à généraliser l’utilisation de la HCR20 parmi nos patients psychotiques. |

| Summary, etc. | The psychiater was asked more and more to evaluat the risk of violence among pscyhiatric pateints. The HCR20 scale have also proved its qualities in this prediction. The perpose of this study was to compare severeal HCR 20 parameters among violent schizophrenic pateints and non violents schizophrenic ones. Violent schizophrenic patients have greater HCR20 scors and scous scors, This resultas alow us to generalised the HCR20 use to other psychotic pateints. |
