La métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, première métropole de France a été étudiée. Elle a mis en place un agenda 21 regroupant des projets de développement durable des petites communes. Il convient de s’interroger sur l’élaboration d’outils de pilotage et de montrer le lien entre les communes et la métropole. |
