520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. For universities, the issue of the professional employability of higher education graduates has become a priority, as well as the transmission of knowledge and research. This mission requires the creation of structures in every institution and ministerial investigations have been conducted. The results are evaluated and have become the management objectives. The research aim is to understand the transformations and organisational consequences of setting the academic agenda of this public issue, including the emergence of measuring devices via employability surveys. The results obtained have been derived from case studies in three universities over a period of 15 months, following a qualitative approach. This paper highlights how the subject of employability challenges the academic community. University management is tinged with paradoxes between proclaimed autonomy and control systems, between centralised management and network operation in the components of universities.
