520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The aim of this research is to understand the career resilience process of people going through a professional transition amid the recent health crisis. We collected information on twenty-nine people (employed and unemployed). We reveal four career resilience attitudes (rebound and resistance), which we were able to associate with three variables: identification with past or future employment, perceptions of employment conditions, and project realism. Thanks to this explanatory typology, we are able to contribute to the literature by specifying the career resilience processes which we consider as an attitude. Indeed, while optimism about career project realism is included in the analyses, this is not the case for either job identification or working conditions.
