| Summary, etc. | The quality of cryopreserved gametes before gonadotoxic treatment or available after cancer depends on several parameters before, during and after cryopreservation. In men, sperm quality may be impaired by clinical conditions at the time of sperm cryopreservation. Their quality can also be altered by treatments and freezing technique. Fertility restoration varies depending on depending on received treatment and individual. In the case of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, even in the case of azoospermia, testicular extraction by TESE may be positive. In women, the ovarian reserve cannot be restored after cancer, which makes fertility preservation particularly important. Pregnancy rates depend on the quality of the oocytes, which is directly related to the number of cryopreserved oocytes and the age of the patient. Finally, the implementation of secondary feminine fertility preservation in patients who have had cancer in childhood or adolescence appears necessary to limit the risk of fertility impairment. |
| 520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
| Summary, etc. |
