| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte de démocratie sanitaire traversée par des économiques numériques, nous présentons cet essai qui politise les communications constitutives des organisations. Cette politisation des transactions info-communicationnelles révèlent les conditionnements et les agentivités véritables des soignants et des patients dans la mutation de leur démocratie sanitaire. Notre article se concentre sur l’analyse des usages d’une plateforme numérique qui met en relation des soignants et des patients, qui représente le point de jonction entre une organisation non marchande (démocratie sanitaire) et une organisation marchande (plateforme). Les transactions des soignants et des patients, matérialisées par les différents usages de la plateforme, sont recontextualisées à des niveaux plus macroscopiques. Sur la base d’un bref historique de la santé publique et d’entretiens auprès de soignants et de patients usagers de la plateforme numérique, nous illustrons en quoi une approche politique dévoile des agentivités relatives dans le façonnement de cette démocratie sanitaire. |

| Summary, etc. | In a context of healthcare democracy shaped by digital economies, we present this essay, which politicizes the communicative constitution of organization’s theory. This politicization of information and communication transactions reveals the conditioning and true agency of caregivers and patients in the transformation of their healthcare democracy. Our article focuses on analyzing the uses of a digital platform that connects caregivers and patients, representing the junction between a non-market organization (health democracy) and a market organization (platform). The transactions between caregivers and patients, as evidenced by the different uses of the platform, are recontextualized at more macroscopic levels. Based on a brief history of public health and interviews with caregivers and patients who use the digital platform, we illustrate how a political approach reveals relative agency in the shaping of this health democracy. |
