| Summary, etc. | Le service de psychiatrie de l’hôpital national de Niamey reçoit des enfants et des adolescents. Les patients de sexe masculin sont majoritaires (57 %). Les pathologies observées sont diverses : les états psychotiques (51 %), les états dépressifs (4 %), les troubles anxieux (4 %) et l’épilepsie (32 %). La tranche d’âge 13 à 18 ans est la plus représentée (43 %). 38 % des patients sont sans situation professionnelle. Les mères accompagnent souvent les patients (62 %), elles assurent la continuité des soins à domicile. Les prises en charges permettent de restaurer, au moins en partie, du lien social parfois altéré. 7 % des patients de notre échantillon ont été hospitalisé parmi les adultes. Il y a lieu de créer des structures spécifiques à l’enfant, à l’adolescent ; de penser à la formation du personnel si l’on veut faire une prise en charge qualitative et développer le travail en réseau avec les maternités et les services de pédiatrie. |

| Summary, etc. | The Department of psychiatry in the national hospital of Niamey receives children and adolescent. Males are in majority (57%) Observerd pathologies are: Psychotics states (51%), depressive states (4%), anxiety disorders (4%) and epilepsy (32%). 13-18 old people are the most represented in active file (43%). 38% of patients are without professional status. Mother are often present (62%). They ensure the continuity of care after come back house. The care helps to restore a part of social link, often broken. 7% of young patient are hospitalized in an adult psychiatric department. It is important to build specific structure for children and adolescent, to think about formation of team to favorise a good care and develop the network with maternity and pediatric service. |
