| Summary, etc. | Introduction : le grand marché de Lomé a été victime d’un incendie suivi de scènes de pillage en janvier 2013. Les revendeuses ont été des témoins impuissants de cette situation. Objectif : ce travail avait pour but de mettre en relief les aspects culturels particuliers, à partir de cette intervention, les conséquences et les besoins psychologiques des impliqués directs aux prises avec cet événement traumatique. Méthodologie : après avoir présenté les modalités pratiques d’intervention et de prises en charge immédiates, nous exposerons les différentes articulations du suivi psychologique. Nous finirons par une analyse critique de la symptomatologie immédiate et post-traumatique observée. Conclusion : la perte de repère restait importante dans la démarche thérapeutique et devrait être intégrée lors d’éventuels événements délicats et/ou traumatiques. |
