| Summary, etc. | Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de las variables de la Norma ISO 26000 sobre la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) desde la perspectiva de la generación Z en empresas de Celaya, Guanajuato. Se encuestó a 51 trabajadores de 51 empresas mediante un muestreo por conveniencia. Se aplicaron análisis descriptivo, correlacional (chi-cuadrado de Pearson) y regresión lineal múltiple. Los resultados indican que la mayoría de los jóvenes trabajadores perciben a sus empresas como socialmente responsables. El modelo propuesto indica que todas las variables evaluadas influyen significativamente en la percepción de la RSE. Además, se identificaron áreas de mejora en derechos humanos y en prácticas laborales. |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to analyze the influence of the ISO 26000 standard variables on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the perspective of Generation Z in companies located in Celaya, Guanajuato. A convenience sample of 51 employees from 51 companies was surveyed. Descriptive, correlational (Pearson’s chi-square), and multiple linear regression analyses were applied. The results indicate that most young workers perceive their companies as socially responsible. The proposed model suggests that all evaluated variables have a significant influence on CSR perception. Additionally, areas for improvement were identified in human rights and labor practices. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à analyser l’influence des variables de la norme ISO 26000 sur la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) du point de vue de la génération Z dans des entreprises situées à Celaya, Guanajuato. Un échantillon de convenance de 51 employés issus de 51 entreprises a été interrogé. Des analyses descriptive, corrélationnelle (chi carré de Pearson) et de régression linéaire multiple ont été appliquées. Les résultats indiquent que la majorité des jeunes travailleurs perçoivent leur entreprise comme socialement responsable. Le modèle proposé montre que toutes les variables évaluées influencent significativement la perception de la RSE. De plus, des axes d’amélioration ont été identifiés en matière de droits humains et de pratiques de travail. |
