Les résultats montrent que l’ia a fonctionné comme un miroir non prescriptif. En restituant des tendances sur la conduite des échanges, elle a permis à l’enseignante d’objectiver des moments de guidance trop présente ou des occasions manquées de laisser émerger les idées des élèves. Ce retour a nourri des ajustements concrets (silences utiles, relances plus ouvertes), favorisant une posture de soutien sans substitution. L’article propose ainsi le cadre de la « praticienne réflexive augmentée », où la technologie éclaire le jugement professionnel mais ne le remplace pas. |

| Summary, etc. | This action-research study examines how an ai assistant, co-analyzing a first-grade writing workshop, shapes a teacher’s reflexivity on her professional gestures without substituting for her judgment. The project, conducted with seven pupils collaboratively creating an illustrated storybook, relied on an ai system both to generate draft texts and to analyze classroom interactions session by session. Findings show that the ai functioned as a non-prescriptive mirror. By highlighting trends in the management of exchanges, it enabled the teacher to objectify moments of over-guidance or missed opportunities to let pupils’ ideas emerge. This feedback informed concrete adjustments (productive silences, more open prompts), fostering a supportive stance without substitution. The article thus introduces the framework of the “augmented reflective practitioner”, where technology sheds light on professional judgment but does not replace it. |
