| Summary, etc. | Les femmes usagères de drogues ont longtemps été et sont encore trop souvent invisibilisées dans les représentations, les dispositifs sanitaires et les recherches sur les drogues. Cet article à quatre mains propose de revenir sur les trajectoires dans l’usage de drogues et le recours à la prise en charge de quatre femmes qui travaillent dans le secteur de la réduction des risques (RdR) : Anne Coppel, Pascale Bastiani, Hélène Delaquaize et Sarah Perrin. L’article met en avant les violences subies par ces femmes issues de générations différentes, à la fois dans le milieu des ventes et des usages mais aussi dans le milieu de la prise en charge socio-sanitaire, en abordant notamment le vécu au sein du Patriarche de Hélène Delaquaize et Pascale Bastiani. L’article s’achève en analysant la façon dont les vécus expérientiels ont façonné les carrières professionnelles des quatre autrices, et sur des perspectives intersectionnelles et communautaires pour améliorer la réduction des risques et sortir d’une vision stéréotypée des femmes consommatrices. |

| Summary, etc. | Women who use drugs have long been, and still too often are, invisible in representations, health systems, and research on drugs. This article, written by four authors, looks back at the trajectories of drug use and treatment among four women working in the harm reduction sector: Anne Coppel, Pascale Bastiani, Hélène Delaquaize, and Sarah Perrin. The article highlights the violence suffered by these women from different generations, not only in the world of drug dealing and use, but also in the world of social and health care, focusing in particular on the experiences of Hélène Delaquaize and Pascale Bastiani at Le Patriarche. The article concludes by analyzing how these lived experiences have shaped the professional careers of the four authors, and by looking at intersectional and community perspectives for improving harm reduction and moving away from stereotypical views of women who use drugs. |
