| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à documenter les obstacles et leviers à la participation des hommes dans les études sur le deuil. Les résultats d’une revue narrative, répertoriant 12 articles scientifiques, ont permis d’identifier des obstacles et leviers à la fois génériques et spécifiques aux études sur le deuil. Afin d’enrichir les réflexions, les résultats ont été mis en relation avec un cas relatant une étude menée auprès de pères vivant un deuil périnatal. L’importance d’impliquer les hommes dès la conception de l’étude est soulignée, et ce particulièrement lorsque des sujets émotifs, tels que le deuil, sont abordés. |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to document the barriers and facilitators to men’s participation in bereavement studies. The results of a narrative review, compiling 12 scientific articles, identified barriers and facilitators, both generic and specific to bereavement studies. To enrich the discussion, the results were connected to a case drawn from a study among fathers experiencing perinatal bereavement. The importance of involving men from the study design onward is emphasized, particularly when addressing emotional topics such as bereavement. |
