| Summary, etc. | Dans ce travail, les auteurs rapportent les résultats d’une étude rétrospective, de 219 rapports d’éxpertises psychiatriques en droit pénal effectués à la Clinique Psychiatrique du Centre Hospitalier National Universitaire de Fann à Dakar de 1965 à 2005. Il s’agit d’une série, à dominance masculine (84 %), dans l’ensemble jeune (âge moyen 29 ans). Les actes délictuels sont dominés par les violences graves (27 %), les homicides et tentatives d’homicides (24 %), les vols (19 %) et les infanticides et complicité d’infanticide (10 %). Les troubles psychiques les plus fréquents sont : la schizophrénie (30 %), les psychoses aigues (13 %) et l’épilepsie (10 %). Les experts se sont prononcés sur l’état mental du sujet au moment des faits dans 100 % des cas, la responsabilité du sujet a été demandée dans 60 % des expertises : cette responsabilité est nulle dans 55 %, atténuée dans 30 % des cas et entière dans 15 % des cas. Les experts ont souligné la nécessité d’une prise en charge dans 68 % des cas et la dangerosité dans 42 %. |

| Summary, etc. | The authors report the results of a retrospective study, of 219 psychiatric expert reports in criminal law carried out to the Psychiatric Private clinic of the University National Hospital complex of Fan in Dakar of 1965 to 2005. It is about a series, with male predominance (84%), as a whole young (average age 29 years). The criminal acts are dominated by serious violences (27%), the homicides and attempts at homicides (24%), the flights (19%) and the child murders and complicity of child murder (10%). The psychic disorders most frequent are : schizophrenia (30%), psychoses acute (13%) and the epilepsy (10%). The experts came to a conclusion about the mental state of the subject at the time of the facts in 100% of the cases, the responsibility for the subject was asked in 60% of the expertise: this responsibility null in 55%, is attenuated in 30% for the cases and whole in 15% for the cases. The experts underlined the need for an assumption of responsibility in 68% of the cases and the dangerosity in 42%. |
