| Summary, etc. | ISIA est la première PME à avoir obtenu le label Numérique Responsable, créé par l’Institut du Numérique Responsable (INR) en 2019. Notre ambition est d’analyser les bénéfices perçus par ces deux organisations dans le cadre de leur coopération. L’observation non participante et les entretiens semi-directifs réalisés auprès des dirigeants et des salariés ont permis de recueillir des informations, traitées par la méthode de l’analyse de contenu. Les résultats montrent que la coopération entre ISIA et l’INR s’est révélée mutuellement bénéfique. ISIA a gagné en visibilité et crédibilité en devenant ambassadrice du numérique responsable, sollicitée par de grands groupes et intégrée à un réseau porteur d’échanges et d’opportunités. L’accompagnement de l’INR lui a permis de structurer sa démarche RSE et d’améliorer ses pratiques. En retour, l’INR a profité de la diffusion du label par ISIA, renforçant sa notoriété et sa légitimité. Les retours d’expérience de la PME, notamment sur les contraintes et besoins des petites structures, ont enrichi le référentiel et l’approche de l’INR. Ainsi, ISIA tire parti d’une reconnaissance accrue et d’un cadre structurant, tandis que l’INR bénéficie d’une vitrine concrète et d’enseignements utiles pour affiner son dispositif. |

| Summary, etc. | ISIA is the first SME to have obtained the Responsible Digital label, created by the Responsible Digital Institute (INR) in 2019. Our goal is to analyze the benefits perceived by these two organizations as part of their cooperation. Non-participant observation and semi-structured interviews conducted with managers and employees made it possible to gather information, processed using the content analysis method. The results show that the cooperation between ISIA and INR has proven mutually beneficial. ISIA has gained visibility and credibility by becoming an ambassador for responsible digital technology, sought after by major groups and integrated into a network promoting exchanges and opportunities. The support of INR has enabled it to structure its CSR approach and improve its practices. In return, INR has benefited from ISIA’s dissemination of the label, strengthening its reputation and legitimacy. Feedback from SMEs, particularly on the constraints and needs of small structures, has enriched the INR’s framework and approach. Thus, ISIA benefits from increased recognition and a structuring framework, while the INR benefits from a concrete showcase and useful lessons to refine its system. |

| Summary, etc. | ISIA es la primera pyme en obtener la etiqueta « Numérique Responsable/ Respon sable digital », creada por el Instituto de la Digitalización Responsable (INR) en 2019. Nuestro objetivo es analizar los beneficios percibidos por estas dos organizaciones en el marco de su cooperación. La observación no participante y las entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a los directivos y empleados permitieron recopilar información, que se procesó mediante el método de análisis de contenido. Los resultados muestran que la cooperación entre ISIA y el INR ha resultado mutuamente beneficiosa. ISIA ha ganado en visibilidad y credibilidad al convertirse en embajadora de la tecnología digital responsable, solicitada por grandes grupos e integrada en una red que fomenta los intercambios y las oportunidades. El apoyo del INR le ha permitido estructurar su enfoque de RSE y mejorar sus prácticas. A cambio, el INR se ha beneficiado de la difusión de la etiqueta por parte de ISIA, lo que ha reforzado su notoriedad y legitimidad. Las experiencias de la PYME, en particular sobre las limitaciones y necesidades de las pequeñas estructuras, han enriquecido el referencial y el enfoque del INR. Así, ISIA se beneficia de un mayor reconocimiento y de un marco estructurador, mientras que el INR se beneficia de un escaparate concreto y de enseñanzas útiles para perfeccionar su dispositivo. |
