| Summary, etc. | Le mariage nécessite une adaptation à de nouvelles conditions, il entraîne un changement important dans la vie de chaque individu et constitue donc un facteur stressant à plusieurs niveaux. Le mariage peut donc de ce fait favoriser chez certains sujets vulnérables l’éclosion d’une psychose. Dans cette étude de cas, nous nous Sommes intéressés à la place des rituels et coutumes locales dans l’aménagement de l’angoisse psychotique. Il s’avère à travers notre cas clinique que ces facteurs culturels interviennent à différentes étapes : d’abord en précipitant dans certains cas la psychose. Ils peuvent ensuite donner une connotation culturelle au tableau clinique ou enfin agir sur le pronostic puisque impliqués directement dans la prise en charge thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | The marriage requires adaptation to new conditions and causes an important individual’s life change. Thus the marriage is a stressful event. It can precipitate psychosis in some cases of vulnerable persons. In this study, we put a stress on some local costums which can interfear on psychosis. In our report these local customs act at differents steps : first they can precipitate psychposis, second they can change clinical symptoms and fially they can delay psychiatric treatement. |
