| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de la psychologie de la santé, vise à connaître lareprésentation que les sujets diabétiques ont de leur maladie et d’évaluer l’influence de lent représentation du diabète sur l’adhérence thérapeutique. Cette étude, se fondant sur les théories sociocognitives que sont le Modèle d’Auto-Régulation de Leventhal, Zimmerman & Gutmann et la Théorie de l’Action Raisonnée de Fishbein & Ajzen, a porté sur un échantillon de 76 sujets sélectionnés sur la base de la technique d’échantillonnage accidentel. La représentation de la maladie est évaluée à l’aide du questionnaire auto-administré de représentation de la maladie : l’IPQ-R (Revised Illness Perception Questionnaire). Quant à l’adhérence thérapeutique, celle-ci est appréciée par le TEO (Test de l’Evaluation de l’Observance Thérapeutique) de Girerd. Comme résultat, seule la dimension « compréhension de la maladie » détermine véritablement le niveau d’adhérence au traitement. |

| Summary, etc. | This research ispart of the psychology of the health, aims to know the representation which the individuals diabetic have of their disease and to estimate the influence of their representation of the diabetes on the therapeutic adhesion. This study, basing itsel on the sociocognitive theories that are the Model of Auto-Regulation of Leventhal, Zimmerman & Gutmann and the Theory of the Action Reasoned by Fishbein & Ajzen, concerned a simple of 76 individuals selected ou the basis of the technique of accidental sampling. The représentation of the disease is appreciated by means of the questionnaire auto-administered by the disease : representation of the IPQ-R (Revised Illness Perception Questionnaire). As for the therapeutic adhesion, this one is esrimated by the TEO (Evaluation Test of the Therapeutic Observance) of Girerd. Like result, only dimension « compréhension of the disease » determines truly the level of adherence to the treatment. |
