| Summary, etc. | La dysfonction érectile (DE) est une pathologie multifactorielle dont la prise en charge doit être abordée simultanément sur ses versants psychologiques, relationnels et organiques. Dans 80% des cas, elle est de nature fonctionnelle comme l’illustre cette observation clinique d’un polygame de 73 ans, qui a présenté une dysfonction érectile dont le profil évolutif s’est superposé à la paraplégie brusque non organique de sa première épouse. Ce travail a permis de mettre en lumière le mécanisme psychopathologique qui a sous tendu cette dysfonction et qui s’est essentiellement organisé autour d’une culpabilité inconsciente à valeur autopunitive. |
