J’avance, que dans ce texte, Ernaux, dont les interventions métatextuelles depuis La Place ont été le sujet de nombreuses analyses, envahit le texte de sa présence auctoriale avec une nouvelle intensité, engageant la lectrice et le lecteur autant dans la narration du processus de l’écriture que dans celle du trauma, mettant en question en même temps le mythe de l’écriture comme destin unique, émanant précisément de l’expérience du trauma. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article I explore the construction of the author’s persona and the representation of the process of creativity in Annie Ernaux’s Mémoire de fille. I argue that in this text Ernaux, well known since the publication of La Place for her metatextual interventions, reaches a new intensity of authorial presence, engaging the reader as much in the narration of the writing process as in that of trauma, whilst simultaneously questioning the myth of writing as unique destiny, generated precisely by trauma. |
