| Summary, etc. | Dans le cadre de l’ONU, dix-sept Objectifs de développement durable (ODD) ont été établis en 2015 avec un horizon de réalisation à 2030. Ils prennent en compte le fait que la notion de développement s’est mitigée depuis les années 1990 de préoccupations environnementales. Mais ces objectifs, de nature globale, suscitent de nombreuses questions dans un monde caractérisé par des réalités géographiques diversifiées. Prennent-ils en compte la diversité des civilisations ? Les approches différenciées de la notion d’égalité ? La variété des échelles géographiques ? Parviennent-ils à résoudre les enjeux des interactions entre ces dix-sept objectifs ? Ne mettent-ils pas en évidence des contradictions géopolitiques ? L’examen des réponses à ces questions permet d’éclairer sur les possibilités d’appliquer une même grille d’analyse du développement durable dans tous les pays du Monde. |

| Summary, etc. | Within the framework of the UN, seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were established in 2015, with a target date of 2030. They take into account the fact that the notion of development has been mitigated by environmental concerns since the 1990s. But these global goals raise a number of questions in a world characterised by diverse geographical realities. Do they take account of the diversity of civilizations? Different approaches to the notion of equality? The variety of geographical scales? Do they manage to resolve the issues of interaction between these seventeen objectives? Do they not highlight geopolitical contradictions? By examining the answers to these questions, we can shed light on the possibilities of applying the same sustainable development analysis grid to every country in the world. |
