| Summary, etc. | La crisis pandémica sufrida por el Covid-19 no tiene parangón, con un importante impacto económico y financiero, además de sanitario. Sin embargo, este propio marco nos permite y, a su vez, nos obliga a auditar los daños y repensar un nuevo marco jurídico y político que incluya a toda la ciudadanía mundial, sin penalización. La mirada para contabilizar el daño ciudadano no puede ignorar el enfoque de los derechos humanos desde la perspectiva feminista, sino que se requiere inexorablemente de una obligatoria y urgente metodología de género. Sin perder de vista los objetivos de la Agenda Mundial de 2030, y el compromiso con la erradicación de la pobreza, la incorporación de esta metodología obliga a repensar la Sociedad del Trabajo y la Sociedad de cuidados para reivindicar la importancia que para el bienestar humano tiene el trabajo realizado dentro del hogar, y la urgencia de computarlo normativa y globalmente como generador de bienes y servicios. |

| Summary, etc. | The pandemic crisis suffered by Covid-19 is unparalleled, with a significant economic and financial impact, as well as a health impact. However, this very framework allows us and, in turn, forces us to audit the damages and rethink a new legal and political framework that includes all global citizens, without penalty. The approach to accounting for citizen harm cannot ignore the human rights approach from a feminist perspective, but rather a mandatory and urgent gender methodology is inexorably required. Without losing sight of the objectives of the 2030 World Agenda, and the commitment to the eradication of poverty, the incorporation of this methodology forces us to rethink the Work Society and the Care Society to vindicate the importance it has for human well-being, the work carried out within the home, and the urgency of computing it normatively and globally as a generator of goods and services. |
