| Summary, etc. | La thèse entend montrer comment l’Évangile de Marc propose une mise en récit de l’anthropologie paulinienne. Les figures de possession démoniaque poursuivent l’analyse de l’aliénation entreprise par Paul à l’aide du concept de péché. Paul décrypte le conflit malheureux du sujet humain avec sa propre finitude : plutôt que de reconnaître la grâce de la transcendance qui le fait vivre, il s’emprisonne dans la tentative désespérée de s’imaginer lui-même comme origine transcendante. À sa suite, l’Évangile de Marc met en scène la voie d’une libération de la situation d’addiction qui en découle par une transformation originale de la compréhension de la possession démoniaque. |

| Summary, etc. | The thesis shows that Mark’s Gospel offers a narrative of Pauline anthropology. The figures of demonic possession continue Paul’s analysis of alienation with the concept of sin. Paul deciphers the wretched conflict of the human subject with his own finitude : rather than recognising the grace of the transcendence that gives him life, he imprisons himself in the desperate attempt to imagine himself as a transcendent origin. Mark’s gospel then stages the way for a liberation from the ensuing addictive situation through an original transformation of the understanding of demonic possession. |
