| Summary, etc. | Plusieurs recherches montrent qu’une dimension importante des activités professionnelles consiste à percevoir et interpréter ce qui est pertinent pour l’action dans une situation de travail. Dans cet article, notre objectif est d’analyser le potentiel d’un type de situation formative particulier, les ateliers d’école, pour former à cette dimension. Nous étudions plus spécifiquement le rôle de la multimodalité des interventions du formateur. Les résultats montrent comment le caractère intermédiaire et hybride des situations d’atelier permet de confronter les élèves à des dimensions perceptives réalistes sur le plan professionnel, tout en laissant des possibilités importantes pour des médiations multimodales de la part de la formatrice. |

| Summary, etc. | Several studies show that an important aspect of professional activities consists of perceiving and interpreting what is relevant for action in a work situation. In this article, our objective is to analyze the potential of a particular type of training situation, school workshops, for training in this aspect. More specifically, we examine the role of multimodality in the trainer’s interventions. The results show how the intermediate and hybrid nature of workshop situations allows students to be confronted with realistic perceptual dimensions in a professional context, while leaving significant opportunities for multimodal mediation on the part of the trainer. |
