| Summary, etc. | Nous rapportons le cas d’un jeune homme hospitalisé en psychiatrie pour une rechute schizophrénique et qui présente de façon récidivante des crises épileptiques tonico-cloniques concomitantes à des tentatives d’automutilation génitale et d’auto-énucléation dans le cadre d’un syndrome de RESLES (reversible splenial lesion sydrome). Le patient était pris en charge dans le but d’atteindre une rémission des symptômes schizophréniques et aussi dans l’optique de rechercher les facteurs étiologiques des crises tonico-cloniques occasionnant ces automutilations graves. |

| Summary, etc. | We report the case of a young man hospitalized in a psychiatric ward for a schizophrenic relapse and who presents recurrent tonic-clonic epileptic seizures concomitant with attempts at genital self-mutilation and self-enucleation in the context of RESLES (reversible splenial lesion syndrome). The patient was treated with the aim of achieving remission of schizophrenic symptoms and also with a view to investigating the etiological factors of the tonic-clonic seizures causing these serious self-mutilations. |

| Summary, etc. | Reportamos el caso de un hombre joven hospitalizado en psiquiatría por causa de una recaída esquizofrénica quien presenta de modo reincidente crisis epilépticas tónico-clónicas concomitantes con intentos de automutilación genital y de autoenuclación en el marco de un síndrome de RESLES (reversible splenial lesion syndrome). El paciente estaba atendido con el fin de alcanzar una remisión de los síntomas esquizofrénicos y también para intentar averiguar los factores etiológicos de las crisis tónico-clónicas que provocan estas graves automutilaciones. |
