| Summary, etc. | Le confiage est une expérience potentiellement traumatique. Longtemps utilisé comme moyen, de régulation sociale à cause de la manière dont il assurait la distribution des enfants dans la communauté, le confiage a vu ses cadres s’effriter à cause des profondes mutations socioculturelles et de la crise économique africaine. Ainsi le but primaire du confiage d’antan centré autour de l’éducation de l’enfant, s’est mué en d’autres motivations d’ordres économiques et sociales. L’enfant se trouve dès lors au centre d’intérêts qui le dépassent. Ce manque de compréhension accompagne souvent ce processus et tend à le rendre plus difficile à vivre. La réception de personnes d’âge varié, mais qui partage un passé de confiage durant leur enfance, nous a permis de recueillir des situations psychopathologiques diverses qui découlent très probablement de ce passé suscité. Le confiage demeure un fait marquant de leur vie, elles reconnaissent toutes avoir vécu des moments difficiles. Pour certaines, cette situation leur a permis de renforcer leur personnalité pour être capables de faire face à n’importe quelle situation de la vie. D’autres sont dans une position de victime qui s’éternise. |

| Summary, etc. | Fosterage is a potentially traumatic experience. Long used as a means of social control due to the way in which it allowed the distribution of children in the community, fostering saw its borders crumble because of profound changes sociocultural and African economic crisis. Thus the primary goal of fostering yesteryear centered around the education of the child, turned into other motivations economic and social orders. The child is therefore at the center of interest which exceeds. This lack of understanding often accompanies this process and tends to make it more difficult to live. The reception of persons of different ages, but shares a history of foster care during childhood has allowed us to collect various psychopathological cases probably related to this experience. Fosterage remains a significant event of their lives, they all recognize that they have gone through difficult times. For some, this has enabled them to enhance their personality to be able to face any situation in life. Others are in a position of victim drags. |
