| Summary, etc. | Longtemps considéré comme une affaire strictement familiale relevant de la sphère privée, l’investissement des proches auprès des personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap est aujourd’hui une priorité de l’agenda politique. Dans un contexte budgétaire contraint, on constate en effet, en France comme dans l’ensemble des pays européens, une (re)mobilisation des familles dans les politiques sociales et le développement de politiques dites « d’aide aux aidantes et aux aidants » qui s’adressent directement aux proches qui accompagnent leur(s) parent(s) ou enfant(s) vulnérable(s). Ces politiques s’organisent autour de trois types de mesures – mesures de compensation, de conciliation et d’accompagnement au rôle d’aidant – dont la combinaison spécifique et l’inscription dans un contexte politique préexistant nourrissent les formes du familialisme dans le pays concerné. Comment situer la France dans le contexte européen de ce point de vue ? |
