Summary, etc. The aim of this contribution is to show how training interviews conducted as part of a technical problematization approach help us to better understand teaching practices and the theory that underpins them. Our study targets the teaching of team sports in preschools and the mobilization of pupils’ language skills. During training interviews, two teachers are asked to comment on the technical solutions they have devised in a teaching environment to help pupils acquire technical-tactical skills. In comparing the two cases, we wanted to show how an interview strategy based on discussing elements of the solutions produced would uncover techniques arising from theoretical concepts. The results show that some solution elements are more promising than others.
