| Summary, etc. | Le présent article examine les logiques d’orchestration propres aux acteurs sur les Réseaux Sociaux Numériques (RSN) et la structuration du débat autour des crises en Côte d’Ivoire. L’attention est portée à la fois sur les formes d’expression individuelles et collectives de mobilisation face aux récits institutionnels. Les résultats montrent que la communication de crise sur les RSN ne se limite pas à une adaptation des pratiques traditionnelles, mais génère une contingence participative inédite et impose un nouveau régime de redevabilité, transformant en profondeur les stratégies organisationnelles et les implications médiatiques (agenda netting). |

| Summary, etc. | This article examines the orchestration strategies employed by actors on social media platforms and the structuring of the debate surrounding crises in Côte d’Ivoire. It focuses on both individual and collective forms of mobilization in response to institutional narratives. The findings demonstrate that crisis communication on social media is not simply an adaptation of traditional practices, but rather generates a novel participatory contingency and imposes a new accountability regime, profoundly transforming organizational strategies and media implications (agenda netting). |
