| Summary, etc. | Les sciences de gestion accordent une large place au thème de la crise du sens au travail. Pourtant, il existe peu de travaux empiriques proposant des ingénieries pratiques pour structurer les espaces de dialogue au service de la construction du sens. Dans cet article, nous montrons comment une recherche-action longitudinale sur quatre ans dans une PME de l’industrie automobile française peut initier et accompagner un processus de sensemaking. Nous mettons en lumière les conditions d’une transition vers des pratiques de management incarnées qui font vivre les espaces de discussion centrés sur le sens du travail, la résolution de problèmes dans une perspective systémique et l’expression authentique du vécu au travail dans ses dimensions subjectives, émotionnelles et collectives grâce à des dispositifs faisant appel au théâtre. |

| Summary, etc. | The theme of the crisis of sensemaking in the workplace is given a great deal of attention in management science. However, there is little empirical work proposing practical engineering to structure spaces for dialogue in the service of sensemaking. In this article, we show how a four-year longitudinal action-research in an SME in the French automotive industry can initiate and support a sensemaking process. We highlight the conditions for a transition from disembodied managerial practices with little respect for the human being to an embodied management style that brings to life discussion spaces centered on sensemaking, problem-solving from a systemic perspective, and authentic expression of the subjective, objective, and collective dimensions of experience at work, thanks to playful workshops and theater. |
