| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa psychanalyse est exposée par la question des droits de l’homme à un faisceau de contradictions. La première de ces contradictions est structurelle : elle est liée à ce que le sujet, dès qu’il s’ouvre à la parole, est sollicité par deux injonctions antinomiques qui le déchirent. La première de ces injonctions traduite par Freud « wo es war soll ich werden » – là où c’était tu dois devenir ! impute au sujet une capacité de devenir par laquelle lui est supposé un rapport non impossible à la liberté.La contradiction à laquelle la psychanalyse est exposée par l’existence du commandement « là où c’était, deviens » tient à la découverte de l’existence d’un tout autre commandement – celui que Freud a nommé le surmoi – qui tend à contredire radicalement l’appel au devenir pour autant que sa vocation est, tout au contraire, de signifier au sujet : « Ne deviens pas ! Tu n’es pas libre de le faire. » |

| Summary, etc. | Psychoanalysis is exposed, through the Human Rights issue, to a range of contradictions. The first contradiction is a structural one : it has to do with the fact that, once he opens to words, the subject is assailed by two antinomic commands that tear him it up : the first of these commands, which was translated by Freud into « wo es war, soll ich werden » – « Where id was, there ego shall be » (where it was, I shall come to be) attributes the subject with an ability to evolve, which ability suggests that the subject has, to freedom, a link that is not impossible.The contradiction to which psychoanalysis is exposed through the very existence of the command « Where it was, you shall come to be », results from discovering the existence of another, different command – Freud used to call the superego – which tends to refute radically any appeal for evolution since its vocation aims, at the opposite, at signifying the subject : « Do not come to be ! You are not free to do it. » |

La primera de estas es estructural : resulta del hecho de que, en cuanto se abre a la palabra, el sujeto está solicitado por dos mandatos antinómicos que a él le desgarran : el primero de estos mandatos que fue traducido por Freud como « wo es war soll ich werden » (allí donde Ello estaba, Yo debe advenir) atribuye al sujeto una capacidad deadvenir por la cual está él supesto tener una relación no impossible con la libertad.La contradicción a la cual el psicoanálisis está expuesto por la existencia del mandamiento « allí donde ello estaba, advenga » depende del descubrimiento de la existencia de otro mandamiento, diferente – llamado superyó por Freud – que tiende a contradecir radicalmente el mandato por advenir, ya que su vocación de significar al sujeto es totalmente opuesta : « ¡ No advengas ! No eres libre hacerlo. » |
