Summary, etc. This article discusses the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on human resources in firms. Work organization methods have been disrupted, as shown in particular by the rise of teleworking and its effects on hierarchical relationships and social ties that structure production. But in this case, the questions posed by the pandemic often merely echoed some of the questions that had previously arisen crucially. Driven by the upheavals that have affected the firm for many years, they are set to become even more pronounced in the future. Beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, the pressures on the firm will intensify even more in the face of the current ecological and digital transitions. In this context, the reflection concerns the roles and links that are established between the “multiple” actors or “stakeholders” who act in or on the firm. Two more specific aspects deserve attention: the place and influence of these actors vis-à-vis power and economic decision-making; and the place of work in these new “stakeholder” contexts
