| Summary, etc. | Cet article met en lumière le rôle central du geste transformateur en hypnothérapie. Au-delà de la parole, la transe hypnotique permet au patient d’accéder à un geste incarné qui modifie sa relation au symptôme. Issu de l’unité corps-esprit et soutenu par l’environnement relationnel, ce geste devient une signature vivante du changement. À travers des apports théoriques divers (François Roustang, la neurophysiologie et la gestalt) et des vignettes cliniques, le geste, pleinement habité, devient un moyen de réorganisation, de reformulation de l’expérience vécue, et la possibilité de voir émerger chez la personne, un nouvel équilibre existentiel plus serein et durable. |

| Summary, etc. | This article highlights the central role of the transformative gesture in hypnotherapy. Beyond verbal expression, hypnotic trance allows the patient to access an embodied gesture that transforms their relationship to the symptom. Emerging from the unity of body and mind and supported by the relational environment, this gesture becomes a living signature of change. Drawing on various theoretical contributions (François Roustang, neurophysiology, and Gestalt therapy) as well as clinical vignettes, the article shows how a fully inhabited gesture becomes a means of reorganization and reconfiguration of lived experience, making possible the emergence of a new, more serene and enduring existential balance. |
