Summary, etc. This paper examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in Industry 5.0 for accelerating energy sustainability. The critical analysis reveals contradictions between AI energy consumption and decarbonization objectives, necessitating a systemic innovation approach. Our methodology combines a systematic review with environmental impact analysis. A conceptual model illustrates the interactions between Industry 5.0, AI, and energy transition, identifying technical, economic, and human challenges. The case study on green hydrogen leak detection demonstrates the practical application of our conceptual model, revealing key contribution points to Industry 5.0. The results are analyzed within their legal context and industrial contributions.Aligned with the systemic innovation framework of Forum Innovation 2025, this research proposes recommendations for coherent AI integration in industrial decarbonization, defining viable scopes for sustainable energy transition.
