| Summary, etc. | Cet article se penche sur un dispositif expérimental français visant l’insertion professionnelle des personnes dites « éloignées de l’emploi » par le biais d’un accompagnement individuel et de diverses activités collectives. Nous verrons comment les animatrices d’un réseau associatif français dans le secteur de l’habitat accompagnent le public à travers une phase de remobilisation et, si les conditions sont réunies, vers la formation et l’emploi. Il s’agit notamment d’analyser en quoi ce dispositif, dont son financeur public attend qu’il soit expérimental et innovant, contribue à renégocier les normes actuelles du travail social. Pour cela, nous reviendrons sur la structuration du réseau associatif porteur du projet et sur l’argumentaire déployé auprès du financeur, mais également sur le contournement des normes de travail social, dont celles de gestionnarisation, d’activation ou de dématérialisation. Enfin, nous verrons que le rôle des partenaires de l’accompagnement sur le territoire, ainsi que le rôle de l’État financeur, contribuent également à modeler la mise en œuvre du dispositif expérimental. |

| Summary, etc. | This article investigates an experimental scheme aimed at reintegrating unemployed people in work through individual support and various group activities. We look at how social workers of a French non-profit organization network guide people through a remobilization phase and eventually into training and employment. In particular, the aim is to analyze how this scheme, which its public funder expects to be experimental and innovative, is helping to renegotiate current social work standards. We will look into the structure of the associative network behind the project and at the arguments presented to the funder, as well as how this project challenges social work standards, including those of managerialization, activation and dematerialization. Lastly, we will show that the role of the different partners in this social work project as well as the government also help to shape the implementation of this social experiment. |
