| Summary, etc. | Dans le cadre d’une recherche exploratoire qui porte sur l’apprentissage de l’écriture de la thèse, nous avons étudié les transformations vécues par les enseignants de l’Université nationale de Cordoba accoutumés aux activités pédagogiques et qui décident de faire une thèse. Bien qu’imprégnés de la culture universitaire, ils découvrent l’écriture de recherche. Nous avons cherché à identifier comment ces « doctorants » s’engagent dans l’activité d’écriture selon une démarche qualitative comprenant un questionnaire et un entretien compréhensif. L’échantillonnage de notre recherche comprend 5 enseignants appartenant aux sciences sociales et exactes, qui ont suivi leurs études doctorales jusqu’à l’approbation de leur thèse. Nous avons constaté que le travail d’écriture conduit à transformer en particulier le rapport à l’écriture et à se donner des stratégies pour relever le défi de l’écriture scientifique. |

| Summary, etc. | As part of an exploratory research that focuses on learning the writing of the thesis, we studied the transformations experienced by teachers at the National University of Cordoba accustomed to teaching activities and who decide to do a thesis.
