| Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte des résultats de deux études sur la pratique professionnelle en Santé, assistance et soins infirmiers (SASI) menée auprès d’infirmières auxiliaires novices sur le marché du travail et de membres expérimentés du personnel enseignant ou exerçant le métier d’infirmier ou d’infirmière auxiliaire. Le processus de raisonnement de métier structuré selon des activités clés et des actions a permis d’arrimer « les espaces de travail et de formation ». L’analyse des entretiens d’explicitation (n =10) selon le modèle de la sémiose de Vermersch met en évidence la complexité de la prise en compte d’une chaine de contributeur. La collaboration avec l’équipe soignante exercée par les novices se transforme en une pratique collaborative interprofessionnelle ancrée dans la situation de soin chez les personnes expérimentées. Les divers degrés d’ajustements requis sur le plan de la coopération en situation de soins mettent en lumière « l’activité du collectif » au et pour le travail. |

| Summary, etc. | This article reports the findings of two studies on professional practice in health, assistance, and nursing care, conducted with novice licensed practical nurses entering the workforce and with experienced members of the teaching staff or practicing licensed practical nurses. The occupational reasoning process, structured around key activities and actions, enabled the alignment of "work and training spaces." Analysis of explicitation interviews (n = 10) using Vermersch’s semiosis model highlights the complexity of accounting for the interconnected chain of contributors in care situations. Collaboration with the care team, as carried out by novices, evolves into an interprofessional collaborative practice anchored in real care situations among experienced practitioners. The various levels of adjustment required for cooperation in care situations shed light on the "activity of the collective," both in the course of work and in achieving its objectives. |
