Après une présentation des méthodes de caractérisation des différents paramètres de l’odeur (acceptabilité, intensité, qualité et concentration) et de leur utilisation dans la réglementation actuelle, nous examinerons l’apport d’une évaluation systémique de l’odeur pour améliorer la définition de la zone d’impact d’une activité odorante. |
