| Summary, etc. | La folie à deux ou trouble psychotique induit est une entité clinique rare, dont l’épidémiologie est mal connue et ne repose que sur de simples rapports de cas. Partant du principe d’une étroite relation préexistant entre les deux individus malades, le couple délirant est variable. Les auteurs rapportent la trame délirante qui se déroule entre deux frères jumeaux homozygotes. Outre le terrain génétique, les auteurs tentent d’identifier la fonction du délire dans leur dynamique relationnelle des jumeaux et d’élucider les soubassements psychopathologiques avec en toile de fond le rôle des facteurs socioculturels. |

Besides genetic background, the authors attempt to identify the function of delirium in their twins relationship and to elucidate is psychopathological mecaniams with a background of sociocultural factors. |
