| Summary, etc. | Depuis sa réapparition en Afrique occidentale en mars 2014 (OMS, 2014), la fièvre hémorragique à virus Ebola, est vue comme l’épidémie la plus .sévère et la plus complexe qu’ait connu le continent. Malgré les mesures de prévention mises en place, certaines populations continuent leurs anciennes pratiques. Ces comportements motivent cette recherche qui vise à expliquer les infections à virus Ebola sous l’angle des processus cognitifs comme l’attribution causale et les distances cognitive et affective. La réalisation de cette étude repose sur un échantillon de 400 personnes âgées de 3Û i40 ans, de sexe masculin, célibataires, ayant un niveau d’études équivalent au moins au CEPE. Les informations nécessaires à cette recherche sont recueillies à l’aide d’un questionnaire et d’un guide d’entretien. Les données traitées au moyen du Khi carré de Bearson ont permis d’obtenir des résultats qui montrent que l’ attribution causale et la distance cognitive ainsi que la distance affective sont à prendre en compte dans l’explication des comportements à risque des populations en matière de prévention des infections à virus Ebola. |

| Summary, etc. | since its reappearance in West Africa in March 2014 (WHO, 2014), haemorrhagic fever Ebola épidémie is seen as the most severe and most complex ever known the continent. Despite preventive measures in place, some peuple continue their old practices. These behaviors motivate this research to explain the Ebola virus infections in terms of cognitive processes as causal attribution and cognitive and emotional distances. The realization of this study is based on a simple of 400 peuple aged between 30 and 40 years, male, singfe, with level equivalent to at least the CPCE. The information required for this research were collected using a questionnaire and an interview guide. The data processed by means of the Pearson chi square have achieved results which show that causal attribution and cognitive distance and the emotional distance to be taken into account in explaining the populations in risk behaviors the prevention of Ebola virus Infection. |
