| Summary, etc. | This article aims at better understanding employees’ organizational behavior by showing that perception of corporate social responsibility (CSR) can impact attitudes and behaviors at work such as organizational commitment. This study suggests that deontic justice explains the relationship between perception of CSR and the three forms of organizational commitment (continuance, affective, and normative). On the basis of a qualitative approach, we conducted interviews of Tunisian employees from the healthcare sector (n=25). The results, as well as the managerial (training of managers and creation of codes of ethics) and theoretical implications of this research, are discussed in detail. |
