Summary, etc. | Consultations between doctors and child victims of abuse are never filmed. The children can in certain situations be interviewed by police detectives at police stations but also in hospital facilities such as pediatric child-at-risk units. The law requires that these interviews must be filmed when the case relates to incidents of a sexual nature. But it is recommended that this practice of filming interviews be extended to other settings for the most serious cases. |
