| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche a pour objectif de déterminer les facteurs clés de l’intégration post-acquisition des FA dans un environnement turbulent ou diversifié. À partir d’une étude qualitative réalisée dans un cas de FA ivoirien, nos résultats révèlent que pour chaque groupe d’acteurs interviewés, il existe des facteurs financiers, stratégiques, processuels, organisationnels et humains qui impactent l’intégration post-acquisition de la FA étudiée. Par ailleurs, nos travaux nous ont permis d’appréhender la performance perçue de l’intégration post-FA comme un mécanisme de régulation qui permet de renouveler les systèmes et les pratiques de gestion de l’acquis et de l’acquéreur, et de donner aux acteurs l’occasion d’établir une nouvelle relation managériale. |

| Summary, etc. | This research aims to determine the key factors in the post-acquisition integration of FAs in a turbulent or diversified environment. Based on a qualitative study carried out in a case of Ivorian M&A, our results reveal that for each group of actors interviewed, there are financial, strategic, procedural, organizational and human factors which impact the post-acquisition integration of the M&A studied. Furthermore, our work allowed us to understand the perceived performance of post- M&A integration as a regulatory mechanism which makes it possible to renew the systems and practices of management of the acquired assets and the acquirer, and to give actors the opportunity to establish a new managerial relationship. |

| Summary, etc. | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los factores clave en la integración posterior a la adquisición de FA en un entorno turbulento o diversificado. Basados en un estudio cualitativo realizado en un caso de FA de Costa de Marfil, nuestros resultados revelan que para cada grupo de actores entrevista-dos, existen factores financieros, estratégicos, procesales, organizativos y humanos que impactan la integración posterior a la adquisición de la FA estudia-da. Además, nuestro trabajo nos permitió comprender el desempeño percibido de la integración post-FA como un mecanismo regulatorio que permite renovar los sistemas y prácticas de gestión de los activos adquiridos y del adquirente, y brindar a los actores la oportunidad de establecer una nueva relación de gestión. |
