| Summary, etc. | Vingt-trois ans se sont écoulés depuis La «Révolution de velours» en 1989. L’évolution a pris une toute autre tournure et a causé à la plupart des gens une déception. « La vérité et l’amour » devaient, selon l’ex-président Vaclav Havel, vaincre « le mensonge et la haine» ; cela ne s’est pas réalisé. Les rapports humains changent de façon quasi dramatique, l’arrogance et l’agressivité ayant pris le dessus. Le système politique précédent refusait le droit à la liberté d’expression et la liberté de voyager, mais il garantissait la sécurité de l’emploi et la gratuité des soins médicaux. Les « réformes » actuelles ne sont faites ni pour les patients ni pour les médecins, ni pour le secteur de la Santé en tant que système fonctionnel et économique. Les lois sont faites pour les bénéfices des groupes médicaux. Après la destruction de la Santé publique, l’accès aux soins et leur qualité seraient pour l’Etat et surtout pour les citoyens de plus en plus coûteux. Les entrepreneurs du commerce médical ont très bien compris que chaque malade donne tout ce qu’il peut pour être guéri ! Les malveillants disent que chaque changement ne peut être que pire... Eh bien, laissons-nous surprendre. |

| Summary, etc. | Twenty-three years have passed since the „Velvet Revolution„ in 1989. The evolution took a different turn and caused most people to disappointment. “Truth and Love” according to former President Vaclav Havel, did not defeat lies and hatted, the arrogance and aggressiveness won. The previous political system denied freedom of speech and the freedom to travel, but it guaranteed job security and free medical care. The current “reforms” are made not for patients or doctors, not even for the health sector as a functional and economic system. Laws are made for profit of medical and business groups. After the destruction of public health, access and quality of care would be for the state and especially for citizens harder and increasingly expensive Medical providers have understood very well that each patient will pay every price to be healed! Malicious say that every change can only be worse... Well, let us surprise. |
