| Summary, etc. | L’ anorexie mentale est une pathologie grave qui peut mettre en jeu le pronostic vital et qui est caractérisée par une importante comorbidité somatique et psychiatrique. Les formes sub-syndromiques sont jusqu’à 10 fois plus fréquentes. Notre travail est une étude transversale portant sur 200 adolescents tirés au sort et scolarisés dans les structures publiques. Notre objectif était de rechercher les facteurs épidémiologiques reliés à l’anorexie mentale chez un groupe d’adolescents Tunisiens en s’aidant du questionnaire EAT 40 dans sa version arabe validée, outil le plus utilisé pour le dépistage de l’anorexie mentale, pour détecter la présence de troubles du comportement alimentaire dans une population à haut risque. La détection de cette pathologie nous parait très importante afin d’instaurer au plus tôt une prise en charge pour éviter une évolution défavorable. |

Our objective was to investigate the epidemiological factors related to anorexia nervosa in a group of teenagers are helping Tunisians questionnaire EAT 40 in its Arabic version validated, the most used tool for screening for anorexia nervosa, to detect the presence of eating disorders in a population at high risk. The detection of this disease seems to us very important to establish at an early care to avoid unfavorable evolution. |
