| Summary, etc. | Our article focuses on a reflective writing system that we have been implementing for the past three years with students as part of a vocational bachelor’s degree preparing them for careers in training. Professional positioning is examined here as an identity-based, positional, and transactional process. Based on an analysis of a corpus of student papers written in 2022 and 2023, we aim to understand how this written feedback on internship experiences helps students construct their professional positioning. We show that formalizing one’s professional positioning is an evolving process, whose dynamics reveal potential for personal and professional growth. |
