| Summary, etc. | Cette étude analyse les stratégies de communication de crise des voix officiellement négligées, considérées comme des subalternes, afin de mettre en lumière leurs significations. A partir d’une approche netnographique mobilisant la subalternité et la construction des identités comme cadres théoriques, l’analyse thématique des contenus révèle que ces stratégies de communication de crise traduisent les tensions politiques et identitaires propres au contexte camerounais. Les résultats montrent que la mise en œuvre de ces pratiques communicationnelles confère une visibilité aux subalternes, ce qui leur permet d’exposer leur vision du monde et de participer au débat public. |

| Summary, etc. | This study analyzes the crisis communication strategies of officially neglected voices, considered subaltern, in order to shed light on their significance. Using a netnographic approach that employs subalternity and identity construction as theoretical frameworks, the thematic content analysis reveals that these crisis communication strategies reflect the political and identity tensions specific to the Cameroonian context. The results show that the implementation of these communication practices grants visibility to subaltern voices, allowing them to express their worldview and participate in public debate. |
