520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In the 1990’s, Le Monde diplomatique underwent a complex process of feminization where several editors were opposed to the principle of positive discrimination. Even though the newspaper had added feminism to its editorial line at the same time as it was taking part in the foundation of an alter-globalist movement, the integration of the first group of women was a failure made manifest in both vertical and horizontal segregation. A second wave of feminization in the years 2000 showed greater success.
