520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The aim of this article is to display the very great diversity of psychic organizations underlying acts of sexual aggression which can no longer be uniquely attached to a perverse structure. Indeed, it is important to differentiate between cases where the act of aggression is occasional and contingent, a symptom among others of varied organizations belonging to large frameworks of “personality disorders” or whether, on the other hand, it is essential to the subject's psychic economy. In these cases, it is possible to speak of perverse adjustments and to show their defensive significance in relation to narcissistico-identitary anxiety. Two cases of sexual aggressors who were encounted in the framework of legal assessment, are exposed and their Rorschach protocols are minutely analysed. In the two cases, the incriminating acts enter into the framework of “perversive” and perverse defenses against the threat of psychosis for one and of narcissistic depression for the other.
