The present contribution analyzes the evolution of the relationship between the administration and its public, while providing a conceptual clarification of the notions of inclusion and accessibility. The semiotic square is used as an exploratory tool in a structured approach to these two concepts. The semiotic component allows for a better understanding of the links between the administration and the public in light of the fundamental principles that govern state action. |
